四、学术成果
申请人围绕恶性肿瘤安全高效诊疗这一重大需求,基于酶促氧化在生物组织构建和化学防御中的关键作用,聚焦“表面可控聚合、组装及酶促生物氧化诱导生物学效应”这一关键科学问题,提出“生物酶-凝胶体系”新策略。通过生物酶催化诱导的界面协同作用和酶促生物氧化过程,在新型生物酶-纳米凝胶材料体系的设计/可控制备及肿瘤生物氧化诊疗方面取得系统性创新成果。申请人近年来发表SCI论文29篇,SCI他引1300余次,其中以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Common., Adv. Mater.(2篇), ACS Nano, Nano Lett., Biomaterials等重要学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文13篇,其中影响因子大于8的论文8篇;入选上海市“晨光学者”资助计划(2015)等;先后主持国家自然基金青年项目(2015)及面上项目(2018)各一项。
